Create your account
Sign up at zipsignal.app/signup with your email. You'll be taken straight to onboarding.

Tell us about your business
Enter your business name (required) and pick your industry from 25+ categories. This determines what kind of AI insights you'll receive.

Pick your service area
Add the zip code(s) where you operate. Free plan gets 1 zip; paid plans get up to 40. We only show leads in your zips — no noise from areas you don't serve.
Then choose the lead signal type you want to monitor — home sales, building permits, or new business filings. We'll recommend the best one for your industry.
Your leads start flowing
After onboarding, we backfill the last 30 days of matching public records into your feed. New leads appear automatically as they're filed with the county.

Each lead card shows:
- Address & property details — price, year built, sqft
- Why This Lead Matters — AI-generated relevance for your specific industry
- Action Plan — step-by-step numbered plan with timing and channels
Take action on a lead
Click any lead card to expand it and see the full AI insights. Use the status buttons to track your pipeline:

You can also:
- Save or Dismiss leads to organize your pipeline
- Send postcards — AI-generated direct mail in one click (Growth+)
- Export to CSV — download your leads for CRM import (Pro)
Check your dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your lead pipeline and recent activity.

Explore the map view
See all your leads plotted on an interactive map. Click any pin to view the full lead details. Available on Growth and Pro plans.
Access the map from the Leads page by clicking the Map View toggle in the top-right corner of the leads list.
Customize your settings
Head to Settings to:
- Add or remove zip codes as your service area expands
- Switch your signal type (Starter/Free) or get all signals (Growth+)
- Enable SMS or push notifications (Growth+)
- Compare plans and upgrade anytime
